She is survived by her husband, Mark Kouba, and her sons, Dylan and Kyle Kouba, who were the center of her life. She is also survived by her father, Drew Gallagher, stepmother Joanne Gallagher, brothers Chris Gallagher and Thomas Ganzelli, and stepsister Candace Keller. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maureen McGrane, stepfather Thomas J. Ganzelli, and brother John Ganzelli.
