

Charles "Chuck" Frankenfield of Upper Providence passed away peacefully on December 10, 2020 at Phoenixville Hospital. Chuck was born on December 14, 1936 in Norristown to C. Lloyd Frankenfield, Sr. and Mary (Withrow) Frankenfield of Spring Mill.
Chuck was a jack of all trades; self employed electrician and press maintenance at the Bulletin Newspaper (Phila.) Later in life, as a maintenance man for Dettra Flag Co (Oaks), Columbia Cottage (Trappe) & most recently St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (Audubon)
Chuck was a Lifetime Member of the Barren Hill Fire Company. He also served for many years with the Oaks & Mont Clare Fire Companies. As well as a contributing member of Friendship Phoenixville & Friendship Royersford. Chuck was also an associate member of Montco. F.O.P. Lodge 14.
Pop, as known by most, wore many hats as Mr. Fix-it, avid fisherman, volunteer firefighter & Cat Dad to Riley and Chloe. He enjoyed spending time with his best friend Mark at Pine Forge Sportsman Club.
Chuck was proceeded in death by his loving companion Joanne Sotak as well as daughter Carol Frankenfield Gilinger, son George Frankenfield, grand-daughter Kelly Delaney & former wife Grace Krier Frankenfield. Pop is survived by son Stephen (Gina) Sotak of Pottstown, daughter Kathy Delaney of Conshohocken, sons Carl Frankenfield of Conshohocken & Kyle Frankenfield of Norristown. 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A drive through Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 19, 2020 from 11am - 1pm at the Barren Hill Fire Company, 647 Germantown Pike Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be forwarded to Pine Forge Sportsman Club, Pine Forge, PA or your local Fire Company.
