

He attended Cornell University, and while studying computer science there, he joined a startup company called Universal Imaging. He stayed with that company (through buyouts and name changes) for the rest of his life. He was very proud of his work there.
Jerry loved being with his family, doing puzzles, reading science-fiction, traveling, and spending time in Woods Hole, MA (where he spent all of his summers while he was growing up).
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Lisa, and his two children, Olin and Dorothy, as well as his sisters Sonya (Robert) Bonneau and Marisa Rubinow. He was preceded in death by his parents.
