Caroline Shoenberger

Caroline Ann Shoenberger (Newcomer), 46, of Highspire, passed away on July 5, 2026, one day shy of her 47th birthday.

Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Caroline was the daughter of Jennifer Newcomer and the late John Newcomer, who preceded her in death in 2013.

Caroline is survived by her husband, Eric Shoenberger; her mother, Jennifer Newcomer; her daughter, Katie Shoenberger; and her four grandchildren, Kayden, Kenzlie, Kamryn, and Kaisley. She is also survived by her sisters, Pauline Hall, Tracy (Dennis) Robbins, Joann (Kelly) White, and Michele Newcomer; her brothers, John (Shelby) Newcomer, twin brother Clarence (Jennifer) Newcomer, and Robbie Newcomer; mother-in-law and father-in- law Barbara and Ferrel Dell; sisters-in-law, Heather Dell and Holly Dell (Dave) Mccloskey; 14 nephews, 7 nieces, and 1 great-niece.

Caroline enjoyed trips to the beach with her family, going to car shows, doing many types of arts and crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren. Her kindness touched the lives of so many, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced by the family.

Caroline’s memory will be forever treasured by all who knew and loved her.
