Mr. Jeffrey Scott Fanus

Jeff was born in Harrisburg on July 9,1951 son of the late Russell H. Fanus and Lois E. (Arnold)Fanus. Jeff was a 1970 graduate of Central Dauphin High School and was in the reserves with the U. S. Army till 1976 as a cook. He worked in the Harrisburg Steel Mill, KFC, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Jeff loved hunting, fishing, Notre Dame football, and anything Christmas.

Survivors include his two sons, Jeffrey “Scott” Fanus II, and his wife Tara K. (Johnson) Fanus of Etters and Jason S. Fanus of Carlisle; four grandchildren, Caitlyn A. Fanus, Cheyenne K. Fanus, Andrew S. Fanus, and Eric C. Fanus; and one great-granddaughter Delilah Grace Fanus; a brother Russell H. Fanus JR and 2 sisters, Donna Fanus, and Debra Sheesley-Stein.

A memorial service will be held, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Cremation & Burial Society of Pennsylvania, Inc. 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
