Born March 13, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. Sr. and Nancy Hoffer Carroll. Sister to the late Mance L. “Bear” Carroll.
Terry was employed by Steelton Borough in Accounts Payable. She assisted Steelton Borough with several projects and had a leadership role involving the union.
Surviving are her brothers, Richard “Rick” Carroll, Jr. and Robert “Bobby” Carroll; Aunt, Sharon Hoffer of Linglestown; several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers on behalf of Terry’s family, memorial contributions will be accepted at Cremation & Burial Society, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
