Born to Frank L. and Helen (O'Neill) Morris on November 4, 1953, in Philadelphia, PA, he spent his formative years in Cheltenham, PA. As an avid football player, he brought joy and laughter to those around him. After graduating from Cheltenham High School, he pursued higher education in political science at Penn State University.
Upon completing his studies, Robert moved to the Camp Hill area and embarked on a professional career in Logistics Management. His career included significant time at Excel Logistics and concluded at Franklin Logistics. Known for his leadership and advocacy for his colleagues, he made a lasting impact in his field.
Rob, affectionately nicknamed “Piglegs,” will be remembered for his tremendous sense of humor, boundless heart, and his passion for storytelling. A fervent supporter of Philadelphia sports teams, he also cherished time spent at the beach and singing rugby songs.
A devoted father, brother, friend, and teammate, Rob's presence was a source of humor and warmth. He was the gravitational center for family and friends, always with a story at hand. His fierce love for his family, friends, and the laughter shared will remain a cherished memory for all who knew him. His legacy of humor and grace will not be forgotten.
Robert is survived by his son, Frank P. Morris; his brothers, Michael (Cyndy), Ed (Anne), Dan, and Tom (Pat); and his sister, Bernadette Warman (Tim). He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Helen Morris, and his brother, Frank X. Morris.
