William (Bill) Gemmill Gurreri 79, passed away peacefully on July 27th, 2026. Bill was born on May 1st, 1947 in York Pa to his parents Nicholas and Dorothy (Gemmill) Gurreri. Bill attended William Penn and then graduated with the class of 1966. 

William (Bill) Gemmill Gurreri 79, passed away peacefully on July 27th, 2026. Bill was born on May 1st, 1947 in York Pa to his parents Nicholas and Dorothy (Gemmill) Gurreri. Bill attended William Penn and then graduated with the class of 1966. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army where he served in the Vietnam War. Following his military service Bill worked for waste management, miller pipe line and Kinsley Construction. Bill spent most of his free time with The Brandywine congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Bill is survived by two sisters, Barbara Mundis of York and Patricia Mann of York as well as many niece and nephews. Bill is preceded into death by his parents Nicholas & Dorothy Gurreri. Brothers, Lawrence Gurreri, Nicholas Gurreri, Charles Gurreri, Rodney Gurreri, Harold Gurreri. Sisters, Josephine Shumaker, Doris Ruppert. Nephew Anthony B Gurreri. Bill will be cremated.
