Lawrence F. Klein

April 17, 1943 – May 6, 2026

Lawrence F. “Larry” Klein, 83, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, at Fair Oaks Senior Living Nursing Home.

Larry proudly served his country in the United States Navy and retired after 20 years of dedicated service. Following his time in the Navy, he worked for 20 years at Shop ‘n Save in Heidelberg, where he was a constant and familiar presence to coworkers and customers alike.

A devoted member of the Heidelberg community, Larry was deeply involved in community service and took great pride in giving back to others. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and commitment to those around him.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Mary Ann Klein (Gizoni); his son, Matthew Klein, and daughter-in-law Amber; his grandchildren, Sierra and Lexi Klein; numerous great-grandchildren; his brother, Bob Klein; and his sister, Martha Klein.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Matthew Klein Jr., and his siblings, Joe Klein and Dolores Klein.

Interment will take place at Allegheny National Cemetery, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017 on Tuesday June 16 at 10:30 am.
