Susan K Butz

Susan K. Butz, 75 of Ligonier, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Hempfield Manor Nursing Home. Born June 6, 1950, in Greensburg. Sue was a daughter of Seaward and Pearl (Shick) Fetterman. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters, Gerald, Donald, Becky and Ruth Ann.

Sue is survived by her husband Frank Butz and sons Daniel Butz, David and Jen Butz of Latrobe. Granddaughter Summer and her partner Tyree Young of Derry, and her great grandsons, Zion and Emerson. Her sister, Helen of Greensburg and her brother, Ronald of Ligonier, along with several nieces and nephews. Before retirement she was the owner of Bigfoot Kennel. Sue was an avid animal lover. She loved her horses and dogs and showing them across the country. There will be no view and interment will be private.
