Born and raised in Pittston, PA by her loving parents, Anthony Usavage and Rose Dantone Usavage who preceded her in death.

Survived by her brothers Frank Usavage, wife Joan Usavage, Anthony Thomas Usavage and former wife, Clair Walsh, Michael Usavage, wife Barbara Usavage and her only son Thomas M. Williams. Many nieces and nephews including John J. Usavage, Kristen Usavage Legg, Frank J. Usavage, A.J. Usavage with her fondness extending to all their spouses and children.

Education: Pittston Area High School Class of 1960 and Associates Degree in Accounting from Luzerne Community College 1986

Work: Giant Market, Air Engineering Corporation, Offset Paperback (30 years), CVS.

Churches Formerly; St. John the Baptist, Pittston, PA, Holy Redeemer, Harding, PA, Our Lady of Mount Carmel/St. Joseph Morello, Pittston, PA where she was an incredibly active church member, volunteer and lector until her health restricted her from it.

Hobbies: Knitting, Crocheting, Making the best Italian Ragu between here and her native Naples Italy. Walking the Wyoming Area Football Stadium Track where she had many daily interactions with fitness friends.

Clubs and Volunteer Work: Red Hat’s Society, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church; Council and Steering Committees, Bazar and Flea Market Planning Committees, Active Bible Study Presenter and Participant, The Care and Concern Clinic, as well knitting hats for the Elderly and many other churches volunteer work.

Viewing: Saturday August 1st, 2026 – St. Joseph Morello Church, 237 William Street, Pittston, PA – 8:30am to 9:30am with a Catholic Mass thereafter.
